In this free session you will actually experience a CrossFit class for yourself, have the opportunity to ask questions about the programme and learn some fundamental movement skills.

Basics Course

The CrossFit Kyoto Basics Course consists of 8 classes over a period of 4 weeks starting at the beginning of each month. It costs ¥19,500. Check out next month’s course schedule here. During the course you will learn all the fundamental CrossFit movements, gymnastics foundations, core stabilization and mobility techniques. CrossFit Classes

Each of our classes consists of a warm-up, skill and strength development work and culminates in the Workout of the Day (WOD). The WOD is a variety of movements that involve weight-lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Please do not feel intimidated if you’re looking at the WOD posted on the CrossFit Main Site. At present, none of our athletes are able to complete those workouts as written! Everything can be modified by scaling load and intensity, all ability levels are encouraged and welcome.

CrossFit Kyoto rates are determined by the number of classes you participate in each week.  We do not require a down payment, nor do we require a long term commitment.
